Paired with our experienced design team, this innovative technology allows us to get our products to market faster, to lower costs for our customers and to ensure product safety and reliability on each and every project.
Once a purchase order has been received, our sales team will gather more details regarding the room layout and wall sections complete with photographs. These photographs are used to aid our design team in creating a true-to-life digital image of the project for the customers review and acceptance. The initial drawing typically takes anywhere from 7 – 14 days to complete, depending on current volume. Most alterations and revision are taken care of during the initial proof, but a second round of revisions can be provided, if necessary.
Upon acceptance of the final shop drawings, the manufacturing process begins and all padding is packaged and shipped to the customer for acceptance and installation.
Delivery times and installation are geographically dependent. We ship our products around the world with padding customers located in Kuwait, Canada, the USA and beyond. Depending on the complexity of your padding project, installation by our team of professionals is not always necessary. All padding products are accompanied by detailed installation instructions, tailor-made for each individual client, making installation an easy and painless option for the end-user.
